If you are interested in making a change into the management ranks, this seminar is for you! Dee G Suberla, Owner and President of DG Suberla Consulting, LLC, will walk us through the transition of being an individual contributor to becoming a manager including some key points on what you can do with your new authority and she will share her own story of joining the management ranks. You will take a quick assessment or two and participate in the discussions around juggling all of your new responsibilities.
