Description:

Scientific communication is essential for trainees to progress into research careers, but mentors are not often trained in effectively facilitating the development of trainee scientific communication skills. In this session, speakers will discuss tips for effectively mentoring trainees in scientific communication, including speaking, presenting, and writing. The session will also include hands-on practice exercises you can use with your trainees.
