Description:
Human-centered design, also called “design thinking,” is an established method for examining the real-world context and behaviors of individuals, engaging stakeholders, and rapidly developing solutions optimized for specific stakeholder needs. This presentation will provide an overview of human-centered design focused on ways it can support recruitment and retention efforts in clinical research and ways that researchers can incorporate these approaches into their studies.
